Jack Danahy Invited to The Application Security Debate: Tools and Techniques

Danahy will be part of the panel, moderated by Herbert (Hugh) Thompson, noted Security Strategist, also featuring Caleb Sima of SPI Dynamics and Kurt Roemer of Citrix Systems, Inc.

On Tuesday, February 6, 2007 at 1:30 pm, attendees will learn from real-world scenarios about how they can secure their applications, including the use of technologies such as source code analysis, penetration testing, and application firewalls.  Discussion will include benefits of the different tools and techniques security professionals should address during implementation.  Finally, the panel will suggest first steps to evaluating internal requirements, choosing the right approach, and implementing a program to reduce application vulnerabilities.
