Second Life poses serious security risk

Ryan Berg, Founder and Chief Scientist from Ounce Labs, the leading software risk analysis company, warned recently that virtual environments like Second Life have serious security vulnerabilities. They can be used to build listening bugs or "snooper" bots that track inhabitants, eavesdrop on their conversations, steal data and export it to the outside world. Ounce Labs also warned on virtual worlds “where everything is recorded”, and urged interested companies to access the software risk carefully.
